Cho is part of the Kitty Keeper program!

Cho transferred to us from Calhoun City AC for a better chance at adoption after being a stray living outside. When he first arrived, he was extremely shy but with the help of our Kitty Buddies, he is a lot more trusting. He will accept pets if you go slowly, but he definitely needs to get to know you first. Cho will likely hide at first when he goes to his new home, so his adopter will want to make sure to have a cozy safe room for him to acclimate to his surroundings. His adopter will also have to be very patient and give him the time he needs to adjust. Once he does, they will be rewarded with a very sweet boy.

We do want to brag about how smart Cho is! He watched one of his friends learn skills in our Cats Pawsitive program. After watching from afar, he decided he wanted to just go ahead and enroll himself; he didnt feel like waiting to be asked. Now he is a champ at high-fives and hed probably give everyone high-fives until his arm fell off!

Cho really enjoys the company of other cats and has formed special friendships with several of our residents. Most have been adopted so Cho is hoping he finds his forever home soon with another friendly cat, so they can be friends for life!
Cho is a great guy, he just needs someone to give him a chance. So if you are OK with shy kitties and you have a friendly cat looking for a friend, come by and meet him. Or consider adopting him with another GM cat!

Cho had a wound on his leg that took about 5 months to heal, mostly because he kept licking it! It is fully healed now, but his adopter will want to be mindful of this past issue.
