Meet Goldie
If you'd like to meet Goldie, please read her full profile. Once you've done that and would like to move forward, we ask that you then visit our website to review our adoption process and requirements and schedule an on-site appointment. www.ggohinc.com
Goldie had been posted on a local social media site stating that she had a prolapsed uterus and that they wanted her gone. One of our fabulous volunteers so this post and immediately went to get her. It turned out it was not her uterus that was prolapsed, but rather her rectum AND, she found out that not only was Goldie possibly pregnant, but that she had three litters in her life already. Three! Goldie's prolapse was taken care of and that pregnancy confirmed - she eventually had five kittens, with one being stillborn.
Goldie is a really lovely, sweet young lady and she deserves the best home and family. She's good with other cats but tends to be independent in that regard - she is the type of cat that prefers human affection. She's great with children and has been unphased by dogs in passing. She's good with brushing and grooming and doesn't mind having her nails trimmed - and no, we can't say that about every cat in our care - some really do not like either experience so yay Goldie!
When Goldie came to us we promised her that her current pregnancy would be her last and that we would find her the most fabulous home ever. We've kept our promise that there will be no more kittens in her future - we now need to keep our promise on finding her a home. Please come meet her - we think you'll love her!
Goldie has an approx. DOB of 7/12/2021.
