Meet Maple!
Born September, 2019

Maple is a four year old beautiful tabbico female who probably has a harrowing story to tell. She was found in an industrial area with a colony of other cats and taken to be spayed. But it was clear when she came to recover that she was friendly - approaching everyone, looking for pets and head scratches and doing lots of purring. We don't know how she ended up on the streets but we do know she did not deserve to be put back there. Maple is an affectionate, low key cat who has decided her job in life is to be a companion animal and she has dedicated herself to that job. She is not athletic or playful but she is loyal and devoted and she craves human attention. She is the kind of cat that will want to be in the same room as you and sleep next to you at night. In foster care we had Maple initially with a younger cat and, while they got along well, they were entirely different temperaments and Maple was a little overwhelmed having to compete for time and attention. After they were separated she really started to shine. Maple would do well in a home with another low key cat or to be the only cat in the household. Maple wants a family where she will be forever safe and loved and where she can reward them with her devotion.
