Meet Mavis
Mavis came to us as a stray. She was very thin and considered a senior cat, we estimate her to be 11 years old. She was recently diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. She is currently in a foster home receiving a pill twice a day to treat this condition. Her medication costs $15 per month. She takes her meds easily when crushed into her wet food. . She is very sweet and calm and would do best in a quiet, low traffic home. Mavis foster parent said she takes her career of being a professional biscuit maker very seriously and would love a comfy lap to lay on when she naps throughout the day.
