MY AGE: approx. Born 9/23 WEIGHT: 27 lbs
MY STORY: Amun is a beautiful Poodle pup who spent about 4-5 months living on a breeder farm. Even so, he has some great attributes already in place! He loves people, treats, petting and is amazing with other dogs! He’s playful with his siblings and as far as toys … well they are the stuff puppies dream of!! Bring on the toys!!!
Amun is currently learning what walking on a leash is all about. Each day at Fluffy Rescue he practices this skill. Give him a little time and a dog to follow on the walk and he will get his long Poodle legs in motion in no time flat! Amun needs a bit of confidence outside and that’s what practice, experience, time and a mentor dog will help him acquire.
When he goes to a new home a mentor dog will be a wonderful help in many ways. Amun speaks dog language and he will learn from a resident dog the “ins and outs” of home life. His family will provide things too like patience, cuddles, new experiences and training. Amun will emerge like a butterfly from his cocoon and when he does it’s a beautiful experience to watch! He will spread his wings and fly. Like any butterfly it will take a little struggle to unfold but the results will be magical. We hope you are the lucky family to experience the magic.
Amun up until his recent rescue only knew life on an Amish farm. It was filled with dogs and living in a pen. Now he is free and hoping to experience life in a forever home. Will you be the family to help him grow into his potential? Amun hopes you say YES as he’s ready to meet you and begin his journey to becoming a beautiful and loving best friend. Please apply!

ADOPTION FEE: $750
To adopt the FIRST STEP is to complete an APPLICATION.
Adopters must be 24 years of age. We can not adopt to families with children under the age of six. We also only adopt in WI, IL, and parts of MN. Most of our dogs are strays, so the breed is our best guess.
