My story began in the cold, left alone with my siblings when our people moved away. Luckily Rescue One saved me and I am now settling into the warmth of my foster home. I'm Bob! A 6-month-old lab, 33 pound hound mix who is destined to be a medium sized dog. I'm working on house, crate and leash training and making daily progress. You might notice a few scrapes on my nose – battle scars from those cold days – but they're healing. They may always be a reminder of where I came from and my will to survive. I'm on the lookout for a home with a fenced yard, a place where I can play, cuddle, explore, and continue this journey of healing and love. I have realized that warmth and kindness can mend even the chilliest of beginnings. **As a reminder, puppies will need lots of time and attention during the first year. Before adopting me, please make sure that you have enough time, energy and commitment to devote to my training. Puppies need a lot of care, so everyone in your household should be on board and ready to help out** **Rescue One is unable to provide an exact prediction of how big or small your rescue puppy will become when full grown. Any approximation provided is no guarantee.** My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip!
