Meet Chocco
Hello, Chocco here! I’m a 2-year old chocolate lab looking for my furrever family.
I am 100% a people person! I do tend to get a little excited when meeting my new instant best friends that I do tend to get a bit jumpy. I assure you I am working on getting better with that. I have a furry foster sibling in my foster home that I really like to play with so I wouldn’t mind having a furry brother or sister in my new home. Can I tell you how much fun walks are…I mean, you probably already know about that. But imagine having a permanent walking partner you can talk to! I do like me some toys but I truly love to play with balls and I’m not picky about which kind you get me. Car rides are another favorite thing of mine, especially if they end with a pup cup or trip to the pet store. I can get a little mouthy or pushy for some loving so perhaps a household with older children would be best for me.
I am already crate-trained and potty-trained so my new family won’t have to worry about that. Now, I do need to let you know that I need to finish my heartworm treatment. I swear, it’s no big deal and I'll be like brand new once I have my last two treatments at the beginning of March. I will just need to take it easy for a bit..so maybe some stuffed Kongs would help me keep myself distracted. And LOLIN is taking care of the expense at their partner vet so I will need to be adopted out locally.
If you’re interested in meeting me, please contact LOLIN for a meet and greet.
If you are interested in adopting, please go to our website at www.lolin.org and click on Adopt, Apply for a Dog. From there, you can submit an Adoption Application to be considered for this dog. You MUST be an approved applicant to meet LOLIN dogs. There is no central location or hours to meet dogs.
