Why Choose Me?
Jynx has been at the shelter for a while, but she's been too frightened to meet new people. A volunteer has been working with her, and Jynx is beginning to trust. She was in the interaction pen next to me today, and she'd come to the fence for treats and to play along the fence with other dogs. She seems to really like other dogs and would run with all that she met.
I joined Jynx in her interaction pen, and to my surprise, she loved chasing and playing with toys. She'd come to me and wait for me to throw her toy. Eventually, she'd also sit for treats. I loved seeing Jynx happy and enjoying herself. Hopefully, it won't be long before she forgets her worries and only thinks about playing, being with friends, and enjoying life.
