Hello everyone, we would like you to meet Lilly. Lilly was adopted from us several years ago and has unfortunately come back to us for her aggression towards chickens. Lilly is down as a 5-year-old shepherd who is ALREADY spayed. Lilly is a very sweet dog with a heart full of love but has been described as prey driven. Her prey drive hints at her playful side, but she would thrive best in a slower paced environment. A home that can offer patience and understanding would be perfect for Lilly. She may take a moment to warm up, but once she does, you'll find a loyal friend in Lilly. Her shyness is her charm, but don't be fooled, she's also incredibly smart. Lilly does have a touch of separation anxiety. She craves companionship and would thrive in a home where someone is often present. Despite her quirks, Lilly's friendly nature shines through. Also, if you aren't able to adopt right now there are still ways to help the animals here at our shelter. We always accept volunteers to help walk and play with our animals, keeping their spirits high. We also always accept donations: treats, toys, and wet canned food always helpful here at the shelter.
