Hey there! I'm Linda, your new furry friend with a heart of gold and a whole lot of enthusiasm for life! I've been working really hard on my training, and let me tell you, I'm rocking it! I've mastered crate training and I'm getting better every day with my potty training too. I already know how to sit and come when called, and I'm learning this cool new command called "Down," especially for when I'm around those little humans.
But let's talk about my personality, because I've got a lot of love to give! I'm all about playtime and cuddles, and I get along great with other animals. Dogs, cats, you name it! With kids, I'm super gentle and loving, although I'm still working on keeping my excitement in check. Sometimes I get a bit too eager and might jump up on the little ones, but I promise I'm learning!
Oh, and did I mention I'm a bit of a watchdog too? Yup, I'll bark to let you know if I sense anything going on in the backyard or on our path. Safety first, right?
I thrive on both mental and physical stimulation, so I'd love a home where we can have lots of fun together. Whether it's playtime in the yard or a nice walk around the neighborhood, I'm up for it all! She/He is currently located in Chicago's southwest suburbs and can be seen by appointment once an adoption application is completed and approved by the rescue. We cannot hold our dogs for any reason. Unless the dog or puppy is fully vetted we will only consider applications that are within 1 hour or 40 miles of Lemont, IL. This is due to the required vetting at our partner veterinarians. If the dog or puppy is fully vetted we will allow adoptions out of state or outside of our 1 hour or 40 mile restriction. Please do not apply unless you are ready to meet and welcome a new companion into the home within five days of approval.
ADOPTION FEE: $400 (includes spay/neuter, microchip, rabies vaccine, DHPP vaccine, Heartworm, fecal, and general wellness which includes dewormer, heartworm prevention and flea/tick prevention)
